Repair?

To help you quickly and efficiently, please first send us your repair request by email. Please specify the make, model, and the defect to be repaired as precisely as possible! If possible, please send clear photos, but each should not exceed 1 MB in size!

This avoids unnecessary follow-up questions, and it's the only way I can get an idea of the repair options and costs beforehand. Upon request, written cost estimates will be prepared after you present the writing instrument. If you do not proceed, these estimates are currently charged at €28.50 (from October 1st, 2026: €30.00) including VAT, plus return shipping.

If a repair is possible and the necessary spare parts are available, send your writing instrument securely packaged after confirmation and enclose the completely filled in and signed "order form" (see PDF below!). Please always use insured shipping with proof (DHL or similar).
